Having difficulties finding time to meditate? With all the running you have to do with the kids it’s easy to run out of energy. Meditation can help you to relieve stress, relax, focus better and get through the week a little easier. Why not stop by on Wednesday afternoons, while the kids are still in school for an hour of “Me Time”.
